We are an e-commerce store that provide many different conditions for our Cell Phones. Condition descriptions goes as follows: New - A New Condition item has NO damage, scratches, or defects. Refurbished - It is usually furnished with new parts, such as a housing, to achieve a status higher than Like New condition. It is in perfect condition. Used - Like New - Similar to a Refurbished item. It is in near perfect condition. Used - Very Good - A great condition item. It has very few minor scuffs but was well taken care of. Used - Good - An item that shows signs of use, but is in good cosmetic condition. It has some signs of scuffing and minor wear. Used - Acceptable - It has signs of wear from consistent use and scuffs as well. Besides its' aesthetic flaws, it is still funtional. All of our cell phones are guaranteed to be 100% FULLY FUNCTIONAL. They are inspected, data wiped and programmed by our team of HIGHLY QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS. What phones require Data Plans? Generally, smart phones (Windows, Android, iPhone, BlackBerry) will require a data plan with your carrier. Basic phones (flip-phones, basic input phones, etc.) do not require a data plan. If you are unsure, please contact your carrier. Where is my order? Most of our items are shipped the day of purchase or next day.
